The Heartland Triathlon is held annually each summer in the tranquil small town of Sebring. Three are a lot of pre-triathlon events on Friday and Saturday, followed by the Heartland Triathlon on Sunday.
Friday, June 14
Packet Pick-up at the Civic Center 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
Welcome Party with Dog Daze of Summer up on Sebring Circle for your entertainment. See you there!!
Saturday June 15
Florida USAT Regional Championship Races for Kids begins at 7:30 am.
Welcome Party for adults at the Sebring City Pier (behind Civic Center) and Packet Pickup from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Sunday June 16 Triathlon Day!
Sprint Distance Race begins at 7:00 am and the Olympic Distance race will start around 7:20 am (as soon as the last Sprint is out)
Post Race Party for all behind Civic Center for all to enjoy 10:00 am to Noon.

Kenilworth Lodge is the host hotel. The hotel is located 6 blocks from the starting point and is on the running segment route. Special Rates for Heartland Triathlon participants and families.
